Hi Chef Tess,
I am in a bind. I have tried both Evil Butter Cookies, & the Sand Cookies to a "T". Weighing each ingredient. The batter is perfect to work with & pipe out, however. During the baking process both recipes had completly flattened out. All the ingredients were at room temp to start. Oven is fairly new & calibrated. Could you tell me what I may have done incorrectly.
